Each step has a clear result, and you decide on the next one based on what you have seen. 1. ### Free consultation Thirty minutes over a video call. You describe what slows you down, and we show you what a helper would do with it. Together we then pick the work where it makes sense to start. 2. ### Setup for your company We connect the helper to the mailboxes, price list, documents or accounting program it needs, and set the rules to match how the work is done with you today. We handle the setup; you provide the documents. 3. ### Pilot with one helper We do not introduce everything at once. You try the helper in everyday operation on the inquiries, documents or voice notes that really come your way. It shows what it gives you and what needs fine-tuning, and we deal with that before it goes live. 4. ### Live operation The helper runs every day, and your work is reduced to checking what it prepared. You turn on automation yourself once you trust it. 5. ### More helpers Once the first one proves itself, you can add another or stay with one. Both work the same: you install and manage nothing, and you open the helpers in a browser or in Telegram. ### On our server The helpers run on a server that we operate. When you add another, they build on each other: an invoice that lands in the inquiry inbox goes to invoice extraction, a note from a voice message ends up with the job from the inquiry handler, and a new regulation found by Radar is added to the assistant's knowledge. Inquiries from the form on your website can go straight to the inquiry handler. AI reads the text, extracts the details and writes drafts. - §**Nothing important leaves without your approval.** You see and approve any quote, email or saved document first, and you can edit or reject it. - §**We do not hide uncertainty.** [Invoice extraction](https://otrock.cz/en/invoice-extraction) flags any value it could not read with certainty, and the company assistant does not answer without a source. The helper asks rather than guesses. - §**Answers can be checked.** The [company assistant](https://otrock.cz/en/company-assistant) states for each answer the document, the section and a verbatim excerpt, so you know where the information comes from. - §**An AI model of your choice.** Our own AI layer powers the helpers, so each helper and each task can use a different model: Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek or Gemini via OpenRouter. We connect your subscription or API keys too, with a spending cap and a usage overview. You decide what may go to which model, and personal data goes only to a provider with a data processing agreement. - §**You change the rules yourself.** The price list, sorting rules, watched websites or mailbox list are settings, not a fixed program. You change the everyday things yourself, and we make the bigger changes. ## Before we start: questions about introducing AI in your company You will find more answers in the list of all questions. A helper for the work that repeats most often and that nobody enjoys, such as inquiries, documents or the same questions from colleagues. At the consultation we will assess this together and choose one helper for the pilot. What do we need to prepare? Materials based on what the helper should do: your price list, a few sample documents or emails, company procedures and access to the mailbox it should watch. Plus one person who can describe how the work is done today and approve what the helper prepares during the pilot. We will take care of the setup and connections. Do we have to change the programs we use? No. We connect the helper to the mailboxes, calendar and accounting program you already work with, and it records the results there. For a system where a standard connection is not enough, we will build a custom app on the same data. Can people who are not technical manage it? Yes. They open the helper in a browser like any regular web page, and there is help on every screen. We train the people who will work with it, and they get a short step-by-step guide. How much does it cost to introduce AI in a company? It depends on scope: the number of helpers, the connections and where they will run.
