Client projects ## What companies needed and what they got from us Each company had something different: guests without a reception desk, inquiries priced from a price list, and a bilingual workflow. Pick the project closest to your work. ?Self check-in and reception Live since September 2026### Kemp u Zámku A campsite in the castle park in Meziměstí in the Broumovsko region, with pitches for motorhomes, glamping and a meadow for tents. It is run by a small family team. What the campsite needed Guests arrive even when reception is empty. The campsite wanted them to check in on their own while the guest register, fees and reports to the authorities stay in order. How it runs It runs on our server. QR code check-in, 6:42 PM Paid GuestsJan a Marie Novákovi SiteMotorhome pitch Stay2 nights, 2 adults - Entered in the guest register - Tourist tax calculated - Data for statistics prepared Sample with fictitious data What we built 1. **Self check-in on mobile**The guest scans a QR code, fills in their details and pays online, even when reception is closed. 2. **Reception desk**A guide for staff: arrivals with or without a booking, payment by card terminal or in cash. 3. **Guest register**Each person is recorded with encrypted data, with corrections and cancellations kept in history. 4. **Reports to the foreign police**Reports to the UbyPort system in the required format, with deadline tracking. 5. **Tourist tax**The program calculates it according to municipal rules, including exemptions. 6. **Statistics for the Czech Statistical Office**Data for the statistical office without manual retyping. 7. **Check-in via Telegram**Guests can also complete check-in in the chat. 8. **Kiosk mode**Self-service check-in on a shared tablet at reception. 9. **Five languages for guests**Czech, English, German, Dutch and Polish. 10. **Roles and two-factor authentication**Receptionist, campsite manager and administrator, each with their own permissions. 11. **Emails from the campsite inbox**Password resets and notifications are sent from the campsite address. 12. **Help in the app**A question mark at every step and a short manual for staff. Inquiry handler Live since September 2026### REPROP REPROP s.r.o. runs e-shops selling promotional ballpoint pens printed with a logo. What the company needed Inquiries for printed pens arrive by email, and each one needs a price based on quantity, printing and the price list. The company wanted quotes to go out fast and no inquiry to get lost. How it runs It runs on our server, and the team works with it in a browser. AI recognizes the inquiry, and the program prepares a quote with options from the real price list for approval. 2. **Order tracking**From the approved quote through to shipping the goods, with a reminder when the customer goes quiet. 3. **Print price calculator**An instant price by product, technology, print and deadline, with volume discounts. 4. **Add-ons and price explanation**The calculator suggests suitable add-ons, and AI clearly explains to the customer what the price is made of. 5. **Voice notes**From a dictated note: personal tasks with deadlines, a task for an order, an email draft or a message to a group, for approval. 6. **Deadline calendar**Deadlines from voice notes, available to subscribe to in your calendar on your phone and computer. 7. **Invoices and customers**Invoices for orders, customer groups and contacts in one place. 8. **Settings**The company sets up websites, keywords, reminders and what may go out without approval itself. 9. **Manuals and handover**A user manual for each app and handover documentation. AI helpers and apps Live since August 2026### Dva Kraje Dva Kraje helps Polish entrepreneurs do business in the Czech Republic: company formation, bookkeeping in Polish, vehicle registration, VAT and a virtual office. What the company needed Clients write in Polish, the authorities in Czech, and the team needs procedures, documents and what is going on around the company close at hand. How it runs The whole set runs on a Mac in the client's office, and the whole team works with it. We manage it remotely and keep extending it. We also look after the company website dvakraje.pl. Answer with a source A power of attorney, the vehicle registration certificate and proof of insurance. You will find the procedure and forms in the internal guide. > “For vehicle registration, prepare a power of attorney, the vehicle registration certificate…” > > Internal procedure: Vehicle registration Sample with fictitious data What we built 1. **Company assistant**It searches clients' documents and the company wiki, and answers with a link to the source. 2. **AI chat on the website**On dvakraje.pl it answers Polish prospects from verified sources and passes inquiries on to the team. 3. **New companies radar**It searches ARES for newly founded companies with a Polish connection, scores them, and sends the most interesting ones to sales. 4. **Regulation changes**It watches changes to the rules of the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Administration and the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), and summarizes what they mean for Polish clients. 5. **Competitor radar**It tracks the websites of competing consultancies and reports changes in their offers and prices. 6. **Content for the website and social media**From one topic it prepares a Polish article, posts and a newsletter. They go to the website and Facebook only after approval. 7. **Trailer certificates**Records of trailer registration certificates: vehicle inspection (STK) validity with reminders, data read from a photo, and import from a spreadsheet. 8. **Telegram bridge**Alerts and allowed commands in Telegram, for approved users only. 9. **Alerts**Each app sends important things by email or to Telegram, depending on the settings. 10. **Settings and help**App administration, scheduled tasks, status checks and manuals for the team. Our own product In development### Event Hub Event listings for smaller towns It pulls event listings from the websites of towns and institutions, removes duplicates, adds the venue and category and shows one clear calendar. Plus an assistant that finds an event in the listings based on what you are looking for. The first area is Kopřivnicko.
