# Privacy policy

I collect only what I need to handle your inquiry. No newsletter, no selling data, no tracking campaigns.

## 1.Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is Ondřej Tóth, company ID 05622263, a sole trader registered in the Trade Register, based at Drážné 915, 742 66 Štramberk (hereinafter “I”). Contact: ondrej@otrock.cz, +420 774 862 198.

## 2.What data I collect and why

When you write to me through the free consultation form or by email, I process your name, your company name if you provide it, your email or phone number, the content of your message and what you ticked in the form. The sole purpose is to handle your inquiry and the follow-up communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in responding to you.

If we enter into a cooperation, I further process billing details (name or company name, address, company ID) to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

## 3.How long I keep the data

I keep inquiries and related communication for the duration of the discussions and then for at most 3 years, in case you come back or a dispute arises. I keep billing documents for the period set by law, usually 10 years.

## 4.Who I pass the data on to

I do not sell it or pass it on for marketing. The processors I use are only services needed for operation: a hosting and email provider, and an AI service provider under a data processing agreement, which helps me sort the inquiry and prepare a reply.

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies, so you will not find a cookie banner here.

## 5.Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restriction of processing, to portability and to object. Just write to ondrej@otrock.cz and I will deal with it without delay. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
