Petr runs a company with six people, and he is at customers' sites or in meetings for most of the day. See what the helpers prepared for him that day.

It could be a service business, an office, an e-shop or a manufacturer. In a bigger company, inquiries and documents reach more people, so the inquiry handler and extraction collect them into one queue.

  1. An inquiry came in through the form on the website. Petr is at a customer's right now.

    The inquiry handler prepared a quote from it based on the price list. Petr approved it on the phone.

  2. On the way, a supplier handed him a paper invoice.

    He photographed it and sent it to Telegram. Extraction read the data, the program checked the supplier, and after confirmation everything went into accounting.

  3. After a meeting with a client, he sits in the car with everything he promised running through his head.

    He dictated it in one voice note. Voice notes turned it into three tasks and a date in a colleague's calendar.

  4. A new colleague does not know how complaints are handled here.

    The company assistant answered from the complaints policy and showed where the answer came from. Petr did not have to make the call.

  5. Competitors cut prices, and new companies have appeared in the region that are worth reaching out to.

    Radar sent what had changed to Telegram and prepared a draft outreach to the new companies.

Petr made the decision. The helpers prepared it, and he approved it.

Start with what takes up the most of your time

It could be retyping documents, inquiries left unanswered, tasks promised after meetings, the same questions from colleagues, or watching competitors and regulations. Each helper takes over one such job and leaves you only the decisions.

Invoice and document extraction

Take a photo of a document with your phone, and nobody has to retype it into the system.

  • Invoices, receipts, delivery notes and contracts: photograph them and send them to Telegram, forward them by email, or upload them on the website.
  • AI reads the supplier, Company ID, amounts, VAT and due date. The program recalculates the totals and flags unreliable VAT payers and duplicates.
  • Uncertain data is marked for you to see. Once you confirm, the data goes to accounting and to the job.

Voice notes → tasks and calendar

After a meeting, one voice note, and the tasks and dates are written down.

  • Speak into Telegram in the car or in the browser, the way you would talk to a colleague.
  • AI splits it into tasks for you and your colleagues, notes for the job, and a draft email.
  • The program works out the dates, so “Thursday at two” really is Thursday at 2:00 PM. Once you confirm, they go into the calendar.

How much does the consultation cost and how does it go?

Nothing. The consultation is free and does not commit you to anything. It takes 30 minutes and happens over a video call. For a website, we go through what it should do and who it is for. For a helper, we show you it on an invoice, an inquiry or a question from your business. Just fill in the form. We'll get back to you within a day.

How much does a new website cost?

The whole website, based on the design you choose, costs CZK 35,000. The price is final, and no VAT is added to it. The price includes five homepage designs, texts for all pages, SEO, structured data, preparation for AI search engines, Search Console and the Czech admin, in which you edit the website yourself. How much does an AI helper cost in a company?

It depends on the scope: how many helpers you need, what we connect them to, and where they run. We will tell you the price after the consultation, once we know exactly what you need. You decide only after that.

Does AI do everything?

No. We design and build the websites ourselves, since 2014, and AI helps us with five designs and the first versions of the texts, which we then fine-tune by hand. With helpers, AI reads and writes, while the program calculates prices, totals, VAT and dates, and you decide on everything important.

Which AI do you use?

The one you choose. Our helpers run on our own AI layer, the connection through which each helper and each task can use a different model: Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or Gemini via OpenRouter. You decide which data may go to which model, and personal data goes only to providers with a data processing agreement.

Who do you work with?
