What a custom app takes over and what it leaves to you
We build it from the same parts as the other helpers, exactly to the way you work. For example, tracking contracts that are about to expire: instead of a spreadsheet nobody keeps up with, you get a list and emails for approval.

In a short conversation you show us where the work starts, what slows it down and what the result should be. Plain words and a few sample documents are enough.
We prepare the design
We write down what the app receives, what it does with it and what it returns to you. We also separate what the program will calculate from where AI helps.
We build a pilot version
You try it on real cases from your business, just like a pilot in introducing AI in your company. Based on that experience we adjust it before you roll it out to the whole team.
We go live
We take care of operation and administration; you open the app in your browser. It runs on our server, or on a Mac in your office.
We expand as needed
When another step turns up that could be simplified, we add it to the same app. You do not have to start again.

Connects to what you already work with
The custom app runs on the same platform, AI layer and data as the other helpers, so you do not enter customers, documents or tasks again. It uses our own AI layer, which means each task in the app can work with a different AI model of your choice. Source material can come by email, via Telegram, from the website or from company folders. We will also connect it to the programs you work with, such as accounting or a calendar.
What can a custom app do?
Anything in the business that repeats and can be described. For example quote calculations, asset records, bookings, tracking deadlines and contracts, or supplier orders.
Do I have to prepare a technical brief?
No. It is enough to describe in plain words how you do the work today and what should change. We prepare the design from that and go through it together.
Can the app connect to programs we already use?
Yes. It shares data with the other helpers, and we will connect it to your accounting program or calendar as well. We will write down together, in the design, everything it should connect to.
Can we try the app first?
Yes. Every app starts as a pilot version that you try on real cases. It goes into everyday use only once it suits you.
Why not a ready-made program that already exists?
If a ready-made program covers your work, we will recommend it and you save money. We design a custom app where a ready-made tool has to be worked around with spreadsheets and manual retyping. In that case it pays to adapt the process to your business, not the other way round.
What if our process changes over time?
We will adjust the app. The rules it uses to calculate and sort are settings, not a fixed part of the program, so they can be changed without a rebuild.
