AI helpers
AI helpers for businesses: what they do and where to start
Documents, inquiries, tasks after meetings, colleagues' questions or watching competitors: each helper takes over one job that keeps repeating in your company. We build it and set it up for your price list, mailboxes and documents. We have been building websites and apps for companies since 2014.
30 minutes free, over a video call. We get back to you within one day.
Overview of AI helpers: what each takes over and who it helps
The same division of work applies to all of them: AI reads and writes, the program calculates prices, totals and deadlines, and you decide on everything important.
-
Invoice and document extraction
Turn an invoice photo straight into your books
- Snap the document and send it to Telegram, forward it by email, or upload it to the website
- AI reads the details, the program recalculates the totals and checks the supplier in ARES
- Once you confirm, the data goes into your records and your accounting program
Who it's forAnyone who types up documents, from sole traders to accounting firms.
-
Inquiry handler
Every inquiry becomes a quote based on your price list
- Collects inquiries from mailboxes and web forms into one queue
- AI reads the request, and the program calculates the price from your price list
- You can approve the quote from your phone, and if a customer goes quiet, they get a reminder
Who it's forFor everyone who answers inquiries and sends quotes.
-
Voice notes
Turn one voice note into tasks, deadlines and emails
- Dictate in the browser or send a voice message to Telegram
- AI splits the message into tasks for you and your colleagues, and the program calculates the deadlines
- Once you confirm, tasks go to your colleagues and deadlines to Google or Outlook Calendar
Who it's forPeople in the field, salespeople and owners.
-
Company assistant
Answers from your documents, with their source
- Answers your colleagues in Czech from guidelines, price lists and manuals
- For each answer it shows the document and section it came from
- If the answer is not in the sources, it says so and does not make one up
Who it's forCompanies with a team and everyone who trains new people.
-
Radar
Competitors, regulations, tenders and partners under watch
- Every day it checks the websites, gazettes, tenders and registers you choose
- AI picks out what concerns you and suggests the next step
- A weekly summary by email, urgent items straight to Telegram
Who it's forFor every company. Tenders and partners matter most to those who sell to businesses.
-
Custom apps
For work that only you do
- Tell us in plain words how you do the work today
- We will suggest what the app takes over, and you will try it on real cases
- It works with the same data as the other helpers
Who it's forFor companies with their own calculations, records or bookings.
Where to start, based on what slows you down
Find the sentence that fits you best and start with the helper beside it. You will add more once you see the results of the first one.
You retype invoices and receipts into your books or spreadsheets
ExtractionInquiries wait until you find time to write a quote
InquiriesAfter meetings or site visits you forget what you promised
Voice notesYou keep explaining to colleagues how things are done
AssistantYou hear about changes at competitors, in regulations or at partners too late
RadarYou have a procedure that no ready-made program fits
Custom apps
The helpers share data, so you never enter anything twice
Each one works on its own. When you add another, they build on each other: an invoice that lands in the inquiry inbox goes to invoice extraction, a note from a voice message ends up with the job from the inquiry handler, and a new regulation found by Radar is added to the assistant's knowledge. Inquiries from the form on your website can go straight to the inquiry handler.
They bring in data

Before you choose: questions about AI helpers
You will find more answers in the list of all questions.
All questionsHow much does a helper cost?
It depends on scope: which helper it is, what we connect it to and where it runs. We will tell you the exact price after a free consultation, once we know what you need.
Do I need Telegram?
No. You can send documents by email or upload them on the website, dictate in the browser, and ask the assistant on a computer or on mobile. Telegram is just the fastest way from a phone: send it a photo of a document or a voice note, and approve the quote right there.
Can we use our own ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. The helpers run on our own AI layer, so each helper and each task can use a different model: Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek or, via OpenRouter, Gemini for example. We connect your subscription or API keys, and you decide which data may go to which model.
What if I need something that is not in the overview?
We add new helpers regularly. If none of them covers your work, we will build you a custom app, for example a quote calculator, bookings or deadline tracking for contracts.
Not sure which helper to start with?
In a free consultation we will go through what slows you down most and show you a helper on your invoice, inquiry or colleague's question.

The consultation is led personally by Ondřej Tóth, who will also build and set up your helpers. The step-by-step process is described in implementing AI in your business.
