What we built

1. Self check-in on mobileThe guest scans a QR code, fills in their details and pays online, even when reception is closed.
2. Reception deskA guide for staff: arrivals with or without a booking, payment by card terminal or in cash.
3. Guest registerEach person is recorded with encrypted data, with corrections and cancellations kept in history.
4. Reports to the foreign policeReports to the UbyPort system in the required format, with deadline tracking.
5. Tourist taxThe program calculates it according to municipal rules, including exemptions.
6. Statistics for the Czech Statistical OfficeData for the statistical office without manual retyping.
7. Check-in via TelegramGuests can also complete check-in in the chat.
8. Kiosk modeSelf-service check-in on a shared tablet at reception.
9. Five languages for guestsCzech, English, German, Dutch and Polish.
10. Roles and two-factor authenticationReceptionist, campsite manager and administrator, each with their own permissions.

What we built

1. Inquiry handlerIt watches the inboxes and forms. AI recognizes the inquiry, and the program prepares a quote with options from the real price list for approval.
2. Order trackingFrom the approved quote through to shipping the goods, with a reminder when the customer goes quiet.
3. Print price calculatorAn instant price by product, technology, print and deadline, with volume discounts.
4. Add-ons and price explanationThe calculator suggests suitable add-ons, and AI clearly explains to the customer what the price is made of.
5. Voice notesFrom a dictated note: personal tasks with deadlines, a task for an order, an email draft or a message to a group, for approval.
6. Deadline calendarDeadlines from voice notes, available to subscribe to in your calendar on your phone and computer.
7. Invoices and customersInvoices for orders, customer groups and contacts in one place.
8. SettingsThe company sets up websites, keywords, reminders and what may go out without approval itself.
9. Manuals and handoverA user manual for each app and handover documentation.

What we built

1. Company assistantIt searches clients' documents and the company wiki, and answers with a link to the source.
2. AI chat on the websiteOn dvakraje.pl it answers Polish prospects from verified sources and passes inquiries on to the team.
3. New companies radarIt searches ARES for newly founded companies with a Polish connection, scores them, and sends the most interesting ones to sales.
4. Regulation changesIt watches changes to the rules of the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Administration and the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), and summarizes what they mean for Polish clients.
5. Competitor radarIt tracks the websites of competing consultancies and reports changes in their offers and prices.
6. Content for the website and social mediaFrom one topic it prepares a Polish article, posts and a newsletter. They go to the website and Facebook only after approval.
7. Trailer certificatesRecords of trailer registration certificates: vehicle inspection (STK) validity with reminders, data read from a photo, and import from a spreadsheet.
8. Telegram bridgeAlerts and allowed commands in Telegram, for approved users only.
9. AlertsEach app sends important things by email or to Telegram, depending on the settings.
10. Settings and helpApp administration, scheduled tasks, status checks and manuals for the team.
