Radar: monitoring competitors, regulations, tenders and partners

You no longer have to check competitors' websites, official bulletins or the insolvency register yourself. The radar goes through them every day, the program compares what changed, and AI picks out what concerns your company, with a suggested next step. A summary comes by email once a week, and anything that cannot wait reaches you in Telegram right away.

What Radar watches and what it tells you

You switch on each area separately. The program downloads and compares the sources, and AI explains what a change means for you.

  • Competitor websites and price lists

It watches competitors' websites and price lists, new services and events, and job ads that show someone is growing. When something changes, it shows exactly what, including the old and new price. Competitor monitoring can also be switched on alongside a new website for your company that we will build for you.

  • Regulations and official bulletins

It goes through new and changed regulations and official bulletins for your industry. AI filters out messages without impact and, for the rest, writes who the change affects. The program then creates a task from the effective date.

  • Public tenders and grants

It selects public tenders and grant calls based on your company profile. AI reads the requirements and summarizes whether they are worth it for you, and the program creates a task from the submission deadline.

  • Customers and suppliers

It continuously monitors the partners you specify in ARES, the insolvency register and the VAT payer register. It reports insolvency, changes in the company, placement among unreliable VAT payers and a change of bank account.

  • Reviews and mentions of the company

It catches new reviews and mentions of your company and prepares a draft reply for each review. The draft waits for your approval.

  • New companies as opportunities

It searches ARES for newly registered companies that match your ideal customer. The program gives each one a score that shows what it is based on, and AI prepares a draft of the first outreach.

Choose the sources once, then a weekly overview arrives

Every step has a clearly defined owner. The program handles repetitive work, and AI steps in only where text needs to be understood.

  1. You choose what to watch

Competitors, your industry, a profile for tenders and new companies, and a list of partners. You can add other sources yourself in the app.

  2. The program downloads and compares

Every day it goes through the selected sources and compares them with the previous version.

  3. AI assesses what matters

It separates real changes from cosmetic ones, and for each important item writes a short summary of what it means for your company, plus a suggested next step.

  4. You get an overview and tasks

Once a week an overview arrives by email, and urgent things go straight to Telegram. For every change with a deadline, the program creates a task, and each new regulation is added to the knowledge of the company assistant.

  5. You decide

You approve, edit or discard the drafts of outreach and review replies. A warning about a supplier tells you what to check before payment. Nothing is sent without you.

Weekly summary, week 41

  • Partners

Important. Supplier Kovo Plus changed its bank account number, and the new account is not published in the VAT payer register. Verify it before the next payment.

  • New companies

Two new companies in your target field have high scores. A draft outreach message is waiting for approval.

  • Reviews

A new three-star review: the customer felt the reply took too long. A draft reply is waiting for approval.

Sources monitored: competitors' websites, ARES, the insolvency register, the VAT payer register and reviews.

Daily checks instead of clicking around when you find the time

Before

  • Competitors' websites and posted tenders are checked only when someone has time
  • You learn about a customer's insolvency only when they fail to pay
  • Official news is read only when a deadline is burning
  • Nobody systematically looks for new companies nearby

With a helper

  • Sources are checked every day without clicking through
  • The radar reports a partner's insolvency or account change by itself
  • For a regulation you know when it takes effect, and the deadline is in your tasks
  • New opportunities come with a score and a draft outreach

What to watch depends on whom you sell to

Watching competitors and regulations makes sense for every company. Tenders, grants and business partners are mainly for those who sell to companies, and review monitoring is for local businesses that sell to people.

Sole traders and tradespeople

You have no time to follow what competitors are doing nearby, what authorities are planning and what customers write about you. The radar goes through it for you and prepares a draft reply for each new review.

Small businesses

The owner hears about market changes before customers start talking about them. Sales get new companies and suitable tenders, with an assessment of whether they are worth it.

Medium-sized businesses

More competitors, more partners and more regulations. The radar keeps an overview in one place and gives sales, purchasing and management material they can work with right away.

What Radar reads and how it lets you know

The radar reads websites, official sources and public registers. You will also find what it discovers in the overview in the app. It creates deadlines as tasks, passes new regulations on to the company assistant, and explanations of changes come from the AI model you prefer.

  • Competitor websites and price lists
  • Regulations and official bulletins
  • Public tenders and grant calls
  • ARES, insolvency register, VAT payer register
  • Reviews and mentions of the company
  • Overview by email and alerts in Telegram

All questions
Who sets up what the radar watches?

At the start we go through together who and what the radar should watch, and we set it up. You can later change and add sources yourself.

Will it flood me with notifications about every little thing?

No. The program ignores rearranged lines and rotating content, and AI recognizes cosmetic changes such as a new date on a page. Only urgent things go to Telegram, and the rest is in the weekly summary.

Does the radar also check the insolvency register, the VAT register or public tenders?

Yes. For customers and suppliers you specify, it watches for insolvency, unreliable VAT payer status and a change of account. It selects public tenders and grant calls based on your company profile.

How does the radar spot an interesting new company?

The score is calculated by the program using fixed rules, for example industry, region, legal form or how recent the registration is. The same input always gives the same result, and for each company you can see why it got its score. AI only writes the summary and a draft outreach.

Will the radar send outreach or review replies for me?

No. The first outreach to a new company and a reply to a review are always prepared as drafts only. Nothing goes out until you have checked and approved it.

Does the radar replace an advisor or a lawyer?

No. A summary of a regulation change is a basis that saves you reading. An expert will assess what the change means for your specific situation.

How much does the radar cost?

It depends on the scope: which areas and sources the radar should watch and where it runs. You will know the price after a consultation, once we know your competitors and industry.

Three radars for Dva Kraje

A company that sets up businesses for Polish entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, keeps their accounts and helps with VAT.

We built three radars for the company. The first searches ARES for newly founded companies with a Polish connection, the second watches for changes in the rules of the Financial Administration, the Ministry of Finance and the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), and the third tracks the websites of competing consultancies. Important things are sent by email and to Telegram.
